Shipping Continues!
We are thrilled to say several shipping regions are complete! We are working on the last few regions, but have updates for everyone:
USA: Shipping has completed! If you haven’t received a shipping notification, please email us at [email protected]!
Canada: Shipping has completed! If you haven’t received a shipping notification, please email us at [email protected]!
UK/EU: Our distributor in the EU/UK is currently confirming the VAT paperwork and then will start sending packages out. This should begin by next week at the latest!
Australia: Shipping is done! If you haven’t received a shipping notification, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it!
Rest of World & APOs: Shipping should begin by next week at the latest!
Retailers: Orders are beginning to ship this week!
Reporting An Issue
If your package arrives damaged, has been lost in the mail, or you never receive a shipping notification, please email us at [email protected] to report the issue. If the package is damaged, please provide pictures in the email.
Faction Expansion Dice Issue
We are so grateful for everyone who reported the issue with the new faction expansion dice. If you haven’t looked at your dice yet, the faction expansion dice have their faction symbols on the 1 instead of the 6, as the original faction dice do. This was a production error and we’re deeply sorry for the mistake. We know how important dice are to a game and how much many of you love dice. We’re going to do our best to fix the issue.
After speaking with our manufacturer, we are doing a reprint of the dice and offer them for free to any backer who wants them. As you may know from the production schedule of this Kickstarter, making new dice and then shipping them to us will take potentially several months with several uncertainties due to the shifting global climate. We won’t have a firm timeline on when those dice will arrive, but once we do we will let you know.
For anyone who wants the corrected dice once they arrive, we are happy to send you a brand new set for free so your new and old faction dice can match. You will not need to return the incorrect dice. Unfortunately, due to the massive rise in shipping costs, we will still need to charge a small but discounted shipping fee that will vary depending on region.
Once we’re closer to knowing the production schedule, we’ll release a form for you to get your new dice! Thanks for your patience!

Bumptious bluejays, vagabonds! Tis the shipping time and we’re excited to give you an update on where everything is!
Shipping Has Begun!
That’s right, vagabonds! Shipping has begun! Here’s an update for each region so you know what’s going on. Recent changes to tariffs have cause customs to take a bit longer than expected bringing some of our shipments into the country. As always, we appreciate your patience!
USA: All of our product is currently in customs. Customs is moving slower than normal, which is why shipping has been delayed. Once it clears customs, which should be soon, shipping will begin. Shipping should start before the end of March.
Canada: Our shipment to Canada has been stuck at customs and also hit multiple delays due to issues with the rail. Our partner in Canada is ready to begin shipping as soon as they receive and inventory the product. Shipping should start before the end of March.
UK/EU: Much like Canada and the USA, the product has been stuck at customs for longer than normal. It’s still at customs but as soon as it gets through, our partner in the EU is ready to begin shipping. This should start before the end of March.
Australia: Shipping is done! If you haven’t received a shipping notification, please email us at [email protected] and we’ll look into it!
Rest of World: We are waiting on our shipment to clear customs, which is taking longer than normal, before we can ship packages out. Shipping should begin before the end of March.

Addresses Locking & Shipping Update!

We have some of the most exciting news and some hard deadlines, so let’s dive in!
Shipping Begins Soon!
Here’s some good news to start your new year with! Shipping will begin in the next few weeks for Root: Ruins & Expeditions! We are so excited for you to get your shiny new expansion and delicious math rocks! Once packages are starting to go out, we’ll post a new update letting you know when to expect a shipping email.
Shipping should proceed on these timelines per region roughly. These are estimates based on current progression and are subject to change. If anything changes, we’ll let you know with an update with regional information.
- USA: Begins around March 10th
- Canada: Begins around February 5th
- UK/EU: Begins around February 22nd
- Australia: Begins around February 5th
- Rest of World: Begins around March 17th
But before we can start shipping, we need to make sure your shipping information is up to date.
Addresses Locking
Because shipping is beginning soon, we need to lock addresses. Locking addresses in Backerkit means that you won’t be able to change your address directly once we lock it. We’ll be locking addresses on January 31st.
This means you have 10 days to update your address in Backerkit. To update your address, go to your Backerkit survey and update your address information within the survey. Updating your address information on your profile (rather than project specifically) will not update the address. It must be done in your survey.

Address changes after the 31st can be sent to [email protected]but we cannot guarantee the change will be processed in time. Please ensure you update your address by January 31st if you have moved since filling out your Backerkit.

End of Year Update!

Reckless racoons, vagabonds! We’re heading toward the end of the year and are excited for one final update before 2026 comes rushing in!!
Production Update
We know we said we’d return when we had an update from the printer. Turns out, printing a bunch of books takes awhile, and so the printer still isn’t done with all of the books we ordered. Once they’re done with the final book, those will be put on a ship and then we’ll have arrival information to share with you. So stay tuned! We should have more news next month!

Production Update!

Bucolic bunnies, vagabonds! Now that you have the final PDF, things are moving ever forward! Let’s talk about what’s going on now that the PDF is with you!
Production Update
Though this is a short update, we’re pleased to say that the book is with the printer and that production has begun. Printing can take several weeks and our printer will let us know once they are complete. From there, we’ll be able to get shipping information which will, in turn, provide an update on when you can expect your box of goodies.
Everything else on the project–such as the beautiful dice–are also in production. Much like the books, we’ll be waiting to hear from the production team on when the dice are complete before we can give you the most up to date information on when they’ll ship to us.
